REFUND POLICY
Provided the item is not Final Sale and you adhere to the policy conditions below, you are welcome to a full refund on every order.


RETURNS PROCEDURE
To be eligible for a refund:
⦁ Request the refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
⦁ Keep the item(s) in new condition, free from marks and damage.
⦁ Do not remove hygiene labels or swing tags.
⦁ Request your refund via email at hello@okasus.com; citing your order number, the item(s) being returned and reason(s) for returning.
⦁ Include the return authorisation from in your return parcel.


We will generally process your refund within 24 - 48 working hours of receiving your return. Funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
We currently do not process exchanges through our online store. If you would like to exchange your items for a different colour or size, we suggest placing a new order as soon as possible to secure your desired item, and returning your unwanted items to us for a full refund if eligible.
